John Snell has worked in the TV news business in New Orleans since 1983. During that time, he's reported on virtually every major story in Southeastern Louisiana, from the 1984 World's Fair to the collapse of the oil industry, the Edwin Edwards trials, hurricanes and their aftermath.

Josh Roberson was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. After reporting at KSLA News 12, he set his focus on his favorite city of New Orleans. After falling in love with the sights, sounds, and tastes of the Big Easy from a young age, Josh knew it was eventually the place he would call home.

David is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) and member of the American Meteorological Society. The CBM is the highest accreditation a broadcast meteorologist can attain. He is also a member of the National Weather Association and a former member of the AMS Board of Broadcast Meteorology.

Nicondra began her broadcasting career in 1999 with WAKA, the CBS affiliate, in Montgomery, AL. She spent almost six years in Alabama as weekend, then later, morning meteorologist. She is a proud member of the American Meteorological Society, The National Weather Association and The National Association of Black Journalists.
